Tax Receipts 退税收據

從今年開始，堂區使用教區统一捐款系統，紀錄並印發退税收據。 收據在明年一經打印後，不能更改。 如若教友姓名和地址與去年有别的，請盡快通知堂區辦事處，或在奉献信封上清楚寫明。 另外，已登記的教友，每次使用信封時，必須填寫教友號碼；而沒有登記的教友，請在信封上以英文書寫名字及地址。 如若资料不詳或以中文填寫，教區系統無法輸入，金额只能當作不記名奉献，多謝合作。

Starting this year, our parish will use the diocese's unified donation system to record and issue tax receipts. Once receipts are printed, they cannot be changed. If a parishioner’s name or address is different from last year, please notify the parish office as soon as possible or clearly write it on the offering envelope. Also, for registered parishioners, you must fill in your parishioner number each time you use an envelope; for unregistered parishioners, please write your name and address in ENGLISH on the envelope. If the information is incomplete, the diocesan system cannot process it, and the amount will only be treated as an anonymous donation. Thank you for your cooperation.
